You’re right. Makes sense that’s production date. Just heard back from Mark Dodge, where we just ordered a JL, and they’re saying January for ordering Earl.
My Dynatrac ball joints needed to be rebuilt after 6 months, then toast again 6 months after rebuild. Everyone swears by them. Maybe I truly just got a bad set. Dynatrac warrantied them.
I’ve been waiting too. Saw this concept in that exact spot at Easter Jeep Safari in 2021. Pictures don’t do the color full justice. it’s does have bluish/green undertone.
I’m looking to move to 3.5” Clayton myself. I’ve been running Mopar Lift for 2 years with some Clayton Controls arms added over time. Although I did add adjustable track bars from the start.
I think it’s unfair Mopar is just for light off-roading. I’ve used it for 17 Badge of Honor trails...

Same thing happened to me in that general area coming down Bear Creek from Engineer about a month ago. Group of 10 Raptors came flying up. Those things are much too wide, especially with idiot drivers
Don’t have an answer for you, but that’s why I went with the Mopar lift. I don’t understand the leveling on trucks, but maybe I just use the bed and tow more than others.
I have a Rubicon on 37s with Mopar lift with 3/4 spacers added. When you say “take it further”, was it articulation or trails you want to run that you were held back on?
I’m in SLC, so I’m pretty close to Moab. Just got back from Telluride area, so I can recommend it if you’re heading there. When will you be in Arkansas? I’m doing Hot Springs park either July 22 or July 23.
