    Jeep Cares is customer service. You can call them or online chat with them via the Jeep.com site. You don’t have to join anything. They will just ask for VIN and sone personal information to verify who you are and the order you placed.

    For status you have to contact the dealer or Jeep Cares. They can tell you what stage it is in. Although, it appears that Jeep Cares has stopped quoting the actual letter stage (I.e. D1 etc). When I checked with Jeep Cares today for an update, they just simply said it was waiting for...

    My build sheet said the same thing about D1 to D regress. Order JTR diesel on 7/11. As of last Wednesday it was in paint.

    Your dealer can track it all the way to their door. Just press them for the information.

    Agreed. If you want diesel and/or not have to haggle with a dealer over the steering TSB, then a 2021 is a better option.

    If the 5% is off invoice that is good. Usually to get to 7%, you’d get 1% for Tread Lightly membership and another 1% using their preferred financing partners.
