I ordered my 2021 JTR diesel on 7/11. Jeep Care has been saying the same thing about all parts have been delivered for the build for the last 3 weeks. The only thing is they wouldn’t provide a ETA on delivery. I am hoping by late September.

Big fan of CMM. I use theirs in my JKU. Will do the same with my JTR, when it comes in. I also used them for a custom grab bar and upgraded track bar on the JKU. Great quality work!

Sounds like a straightforward supply and demand issue. Given the demand in your market, the deal you have worked out is probably the best out there. Only other option would be on a custom order and what you can get under invoice for it.

Saw a post in another thread that diesel production starts on 9/4. Gasser production started first on 8/24. Seems to match with the tracking list on the window sticker thread.. Looks like all the build sheets found thus far are for gassers. So, hopefully I will see something in the build...

Agreed. I ordered a 2021 JTR diesel and got 7% below invoice, plus my trade. There is the wait that comes with an order, but it is exactly what you want.

Personally, I would wait until funds were freed up or if a good/great credit score look at financing it. Great rates out there on financing and a lot of dealerships offering additional discounts off of the invoice price, when using their financing partners. You can always pay off the auto loan...

Agreed. Headliner can do wonders. Does not eliminate, but does a good job of significantly reducing the noise.

That makes sense with the email I received on Monday (understand those were inaccurate), although it said delivery on 9/2, I wonder if it was really referencing 9/2 was my estimated build date on my JTR diesel?

Nope! Its a bummer too. In doing a little quick review of the outstanding orders on the tracker, it looks like possibly diesel production has not yet kicked off. But not 100% sure.
