Yep about a year before it started for me as well, then progressively got worse. I just really hope it never leaks after the fix. My rear Prp seat covers aren't going on until they do the repair.
My two hour trip was worth it for this amazing dealership. Leak specialist told me that it's a widespread problem. He stated they basically all leak either new or later on like mine. However of the ones they have had fixed none of them have come back with leaks so far. The glass company they...
I have to travel two hours to get to this great dealership but they are very rare. Four local dealerships could care less. Sadly the quality has gone down. Hope after this to kee my Jt for a long time but I cant recommend anything they make.
sad part is Stellantis will ignore the issue for...
Waiting on the window. They say it will come in soon. I used the same tube weather stripping that people use to keep rocks out of the fenders today. My leak has steadily become worse I believe the seal is pulling away from the window. This should redirect the water for now. Tempted to put it...
General LT Arctic snow tires, roads get very bad and county can forget to plow roads. Nothing beats a dedicated snow tire. They can be studded and last a good while
Lithium trim serum I tried is still holding up great after about three weeks. I put it on let it sit for six hours then used turtle wax ice shine and seal over top to give a uv protection boost plus protection from the elements. All the plastic looks brand new. I even experimented on the window...
I have the same tiger stripes. I ordered some plastic restorer from Amazon. It gets here Monday. Lithium trim serum. Plan is to treat and seal, see how well it lasts. I upkeep my Jeep so it was a surprise to me as well
Just my joke with some issues I have had. Leaking back hard top window just this week. Ended up making an appointment to drive 3 hours to the dealership I purchased from. Love that dealership. They see it Monday. While the local trash dealership said they wouldn't even look at it until late in...
If you meant the hard top seal treatment I use 3m car care silicone paste dielectric grease. You can get it on Amazon. Just wipe on the seals let it sit a few hours in the sun and wipe off the excess. Keeps the seals hydrated, soft and maintains a tight seal fit with the freedom panels
Check the rear hard top window, above it at the seal, mine just started and soaked the back of the seats and left a musty smell, how I discovered it after it has rained here almost non stop this summer.
A really good warranty and a dealership you trust. But I digress
Quadratec super tweeter speakers shorter antenna
Treatment for the hard top seals
Weathertech floor Mats
Honestly it's hard to stop getting " essentials" for a jeep lol
Well it took me a year of calling them and 15 dealership visits before they stopped ignoring me, also I threatened to go look at the new bronco. They finally admitted my base radio was unfixable after many replacements and updates and lo and behold I got a refund!
Sounds like my local dealership. I know more about my jeep than they did. Former FCA, now Stellantis has the worst rated dealership services in the country. Now the one exception was the dealership I drove two and a half hours away to buy my truck at. They were auto enthusiasts and so...
This is some of the worst quality building I have ever had, one thing after another. Now my whole area behind my back window is soaked, back to the stealership
Guess I missed these, lol but I have the real thing lately, ground hog keeps sitting back leaning on the driver side tire watching the lawn. I have to snag a picture of him doing it haha. Pretty relaxed ground hog
I would wait and see how the value/electronics hold up. Most hybrids/EV lose their value faster, but it is a Jeep 4x4. Second point it is still Stellantis electrical and they normally can't make working radios. I'll keep my gas JT, maybe in 10 years when it's been perfected more.
