    Simply put: If you order things from JCR, they often arrive without pieces of hardware.

    Missing hardware with JCR parts is a time honored tradition. Good ideas and competitive products but questionable QA practices. I have several products on order and hoping for an inspired effort both in terms of inspection and expedited delivery.
