They do NOT work on the JT. There's no factory wiring or programming for it. I know that sounds weird, but they based the design on the RAM design which uses the same module and connectors, but the JT never got the full provisioning to use it. Never made sense why they advertise it but you...
They're also actively closing off-road trails across MOAB. Better get your trips in while you still can. Politicians and eco-freaks are finally closing down the west coast "public lands" like they did here in the east.
- NY closed EVERY SINGLE OHV park in 2017 and made it explicitly...
This thread just confirmed my suspicion that FCA has been using Ai to make their advertisements and commercials in the last couple years. Especially on their site regarding the "convoy drops".
I can't wait for the "Ai" bubble to burst, and make people do their own work again. Sure the images...
Debatable, my 2008 Scion tC had projector housings, my 21 willys has reflector lights...my tC had WAY better output for a $21k vehicle. But maybe you too have the OEM LEDS in your JT, which would make sense based on your statement.
I even upgraded to HIDs in my tC (OEM projectors) and never got...
If you have a MaxTow, that rear diff is NOT open/unlocked. It's the "Anti-spin" diff aka a clutched LSD (fails open though).
First, did you sign paperwork for JUST diag, or did you also sign for other work too? Diag DOES require them to drain, open, inspect. But, and I'm not condoning this, if...
Getting this back on track and off politics, yes shit/cheap gas CAN kill your engine, but 90% of the USA doesn't generally sell anything below 87oct. SOMETIMES you'll find 85oct, but that's rare and generally was for lawn equipment back in the 80s/90s. Try running that in anything made in the...
Not anymore, as of 2024 iirc they changed it to only be valid for 30 years from the date you obtain/renew. Before it was until you turned 65. I left AZ in 2025. A quick sloppy google shows it's still until you're 65, but I don't trust the Ai slop.
This is a standard feature on the smaller Fiat based jeep. I had a loaner of the Renegade and it did this.
It's more common on higher trim CARS as they're already lower to the ground, so the idea is to both increase visibility when turning so you can see and be seen.
GM has been doing this...
Who and where are you buying these refurb models from?
I'd tell them that after 3 failed refurb models, they need to provide a discount on a new one for all the hassle.
That's just proper customer service and retention.
Zauto makes the NoLimitz module which is supposed to unlock the 4xe power even in 2wd. Also pull the connectors for the cellular and XM antennas as those both allow OTA updates.
Just remember, batteries have a "charge cycle rating" and once this rating is passed, the batteries deteriorate...
Except I have proof via dealer repair orders of the body panels being replaced and painted, that dealer now uses a different body shop than they the first time for all their body work. Then second attempted didn't fix 99% of the complaints, except the spot that was blatantly only primer and no...
You had the "key" show "OFF" before connecting to SGW connectors, correct?
After that, you need the "key" showing "ON" but don't start the engine, then you have to scroll to page 7 (Audio page) and hold the Left Arrow while tapping the cancel button to scroll through Tazer menu.
- Did you do it...
Normally I'd agree, but I wasn't there when it was setup, and my family is so dysfunctional you could literally show them how to do something the only way it works, they'd still tell you you're wrong, then get mad at YOU for allowing them to do it and break something. Then they'll hold a grudge...
Looks good. I wouldn't worry about the ECM since the truck is rated to ford water about that high, and the engine bay gets wet driving in a rain storm anyways. If you're really concerned, dab a little Dielectric grease in the connections.
Isn't that the same hood they used on the 392...
I know this may sound dumb, but is the Tazer plugged into the SGW connectors BEFORE you try this?
Also, after that, make sure the usb is plugged into the Tazer BEFORE opening the app.
I had some similar issues when I first got mine, then I realized you have to be IN THE TRUCK and the Tazer...
I would avoid adding anything to the circuit as it's CANBUS controlled. Unplugging is one thing, but a switch can potentially short leading to bigger headaches later. I considered suggesting that but then I remembered the CANBUS controls EVERYTHING on these trucks. Even lightbulb upgrades are...
Florida: the state of bipolar weather and even crazier men...I mean "FLORIDA MAN!"
Eh, I took the freedom panels off during the winter a few times even when it was only 45* out. The looks were kinda interesting, idk why but people looked upset, HOW DARE I ENJOY MY VEHICLE when THEY CAN'T...
