Sorry for the late response! Customer Service can help out with the end caps on the bows, I'm not sure if the end caps are sold individually or if the whole bow has to be replaced, but CS will know for sure, if you haven't already reached out to them, their number is 800.845.3567, option 3...

I'm not aware of any upgrades on the twill Tonneau for the JT however I do know that it fits tight around the edges and looks nice! I wish I had pictures I could share with you but our JT has a Supertop for Truck 2 on it right now. ~ Crystal@Bestop www.bestop.com
