Same here on the back window. '22 Altitude bought in April '22 and back window started leaking at around 6k miles. Fixed it myself with the vacuum hose and wouldn't even consider having the dealer fix it (which from what I read they don't even do themselves).
Just look up all the other horror...
Good point about at least knowing what it is to be able to speak to it down the road if you try to sell. Also didn't think about the possibility of the oil pump. If you do decide to take it in and miraculously get an answer, please let us know.
My '22 Altitude has the exact same noise. Sounds like a damn diesel but only when you're in front of the grill. I noticed it early on, maybe at 2k miles and I now have 12k. Sometimes it's louder than others but definitely louder the warmer the engine is.
I was convinced early on that it's...
Mine started leaking at around 6k miles and after reading all of the horror stories there was only one option for me and that was DIY. No way I was having them break the glass or eff up my hardtop.
Bought the exact same stuff in this post...
Yes, totally agree and I expected you to have a more rational take on it as always. I know, anyone can have a great experience or not, it's all pretty much luck of the draw.
Good news is, I do still have it and I still love driving it every time I do, I just don't trust it. It actually...
Similar issue same mileage......and then again later.
See my two posts in this thread:

Happened to me at 2,800 then again around 6,800 miles.
I'm at 10,800 miles now. Fix so far was a PCM update...
Just might be me but I'd say there's a damn good reason why you can't find....and nobody manufactures a 4 bike for the front or an RV.
I'd personally never put more than 2 on the front.
I used to use a rear 4 bike hitch rack and it always made me uneasy every time it was loaded with all 4...
I've had these on for about a year and other than the creases from being installed they are as close to new as you can get.
They are the BLACK BASELINE seat covers - front seats only and I did not get the headrest covers. The website says they do not fit Mojave or 392.
$100 and will ship at...
Same here. Did mine last summer. Warm but very rainy fall and winter here in NJ and no leaks or adjustments necessary. I was actually just showing the fix to a friend over the weekend and couldn't believe myself how good it looks and how well it's held up. It looks so good and works so well...
Not in my Gladiator, but last year the passenger side carpet in my wife's Acura was soaked after a few days of rain.
Like Sey said above, that's exactly what it was. There's a drain tube in the cowl that can get clogged with debris/leaves/whatever and will back up and leak to the passenger...
I like that thinking and the same thing was always my plan from the get go. Also glad to hear that sounds like you may have had the same issue with no serious implications. I’ll still try to have it diagnosed at some point but do feel better about it reading through all of the input in this...
Question: Does it happen ALL the time, or are there some cold starts where you don't get the noise.
Asking because I have the same exact sound under the same exact conditions, but it doesn't happen every single time.......just most times. And when I say cold start, it has to sit at least...
Great find! I HATE that the damn cover is always open and was also thinking about just removing it. I've never even thought of looking for something like this and just ordered one. It's also great that they come in 3 lengths, got the 3.3ft.
There's also a 50% off coupon right now.
Exactly......a grown man naming his Jeep is bad enough, but then actually putting stickers of it on the Jeep for all the world to see??? Thank god for your wife. Please save her the embarrassment.
I don't have the peeling but definitely the white dust when you rub your finger on my two front panels. I noticed this last fall when mine was only about 8 months old.
Here's my situation, I got mine new in April '22 and a few weeks later put on a Besttop Sunrider. I put the front panels in...
