And the Rubicon is derated from the Sport with max tow. As with all manufactures the fancier the package the lower the towing. Examples are raptor, power wagon, ZR2 , Rubicon, Mojave etc.
Understand the concept. But they all have different opinions and I like Jeeps opinion best. The biggest problem is no matter what lift they give you 2.5”-1.5” they all use a 2” shock extensions which is BS. AEV 2” lift = 2” shock extensions what could be better. Some aftermarket companies...
Other great things about AEV is 1 piece factory style spacers (no stacking) 2” lift front 2” lift rear with 2” shock extensions and 2” sway bar extensions. I don’t think anybody else does that. It’s always a weird combination of the above for some reason..
Thats my plan. I did that combo on my 19 Rubicon. Love it and it will be a perfect addition to my Mojave also. The spacers are really cool the shock brackets are super beefy and the bump stops should work great with the factory Mojave suspension.
IMHO , Jeep will OTA software update for all who have a early production Mojave. At the original press release they said it was going to be “late availability” they were talking about 2020s. A similar situation happened with off-road pages the early 18 wranglers didn’t have off-road page the 19s...
Definitely don’t want to get into a headliner debate but I’m in the process of ordering my gladiator now and just research this topic. I suggest you go online on YouTube and check it out. For me I decided to go with the Mopar ones cellulose material looked way better than the stuff HH was using...
I have the shortest Jeep with F/R lockers a 2 door JL Rubicon for trails.
I’m getting the longest Jeep JT Mojave for desert , over-landing and towing.
I live in sand / desert country, the Rubicon T-case is to low for sand.
It took a while but I learned my lesson with buying knock off China junk. I bought a lot of motorcycle accessories and of course off-road stuff over the years and the lesson I learned is the China junk looks the part ! it looks the color it’s shiny it looks almost exactly like the real thing but...
