  1. 2025 Gladiator towing

It won't work with a manual. At all. None of the new power options 4ex, hurricane will ever be manual. Hell I would be shocked if the turbo 4banger will ever be manual.
  2. AEV Diff Skid and Diff cover interference with factory sway bar FIXED

They did, sorta, the rep sent it to engineering to see what they knew. He did touch base with me this am to keep me posted which I appreciate. I let him know the spacers solved it 100% and sent them some pics.
  3. AEV Diff Skid and Diff cover interference with factory sway bar FIXED

Issue fixed! Metal cloak was fast! Got the spacers today. Worked perfect. I think the exhaust issue may be w a JL because there is a ton of room with the JT (I bet they cute and pasted the instructions from the JL).
  4. How far can you air down without bead lock wheels?

15 psi in the morning in Moab turns into 18 or so when it warms up.
  5. Gear ratio for 37s? Front locker only?

E-locker was 1400, Gear set for the front and rear was 1k, Install was 650 each. I did the wiring for the locker. So $3700+tax.
  6. Lets talk Differential Covers!

AEV covers are in! Do have a clearance issue with the skid, have spacer coming that I hope addresses that.
  7. E-Locker wiring lay out, how I did it.

    Switch now in and wired:
  8. Gear ratio for 37s? Front locker only?

4.88 would be my recommendation, if your flat land and not towing. I would probably go 5.13 if I was doing 37's but I'm out west in the mountains. Locker, they the installer is literally there when installing gears. Now would be the time to do it. I just did gears in mine and added an...
  9. Suggested campers?

IMHO anything under 22’ under 7.5’ wide under 4k dry weight (for a mojito). preferable tandem axel but that’s just me. Mandatory break controller and weight distribution hitch, I like Anderson. Sumo springs depending but that kinda goes against the mojito. The rest is all preference price...
  10. Should I do front springs instead of leveling spacers?

To add I put in the tf 1.5” spacers added a winch and over 2 years lost 1.25” of the spacer kit lift. adding a steel bumper and winch will probably put you back to where you started.
  11. Should I do front springs instead of leveling spacers?

I did spacers first and ended up throwing them away. vs a Frankenstein lift kit just get a full kit. It all works together is designed to work. Sure it’s a little more up front but you’ll probably be happier at the end of the day. Otherwise I would get AEV’s 2” spacer kit and not mess w new...
  12. Mopar Brake Controller not compatible?

Curt Echo works amazing and no wiring needed.
  13. Magnuson TVS1900 Kit Available Now

Just got Dave's Tune done. OMG why didn't you tell me it was SOOOOO much better? If your running the Magnuson tune, email Dave, it's horrible in comparison. Maggie tune issues I've always had: When the truck is warm if you stop then need to restart 75% of the time the truck would die. Can...
  14. Josh's Rig, Oscar.

More upgrades are done! 4.63 gear set is in Front Eaton E-locker is in AEV diff covers and diff skid
  15. AEV Diff Skid and Diff cover interference with factory sway bar FIXED

Ok looking at it, I wonder if the spacers push the sway bar links to far aft and interfere with the exhaust tube. Or If the joints between the sway bar and the links is what's the issue? I have longer links from my lift kit. Wonder if it will all clear. It's only $40 I'll order it and see.
  16. AEV Diff Skid and Diff cover interference with factory sway bar FIXED

That's interesting? I'll have to go look, but how would that effect the stock exhaust?
  17. AEV Diff Skid and Diff cover interference with factory sway bar FIXED

Ya I reached out to them, waiting on a response. I'm trying to figure out if any one else has this set up and what they did. Think the spacers will solve the clearance to the diff and am hoping they solve the skid clearance also.
  18. AEV Diff Skid and Diff cover interference with factory sway bar FIXED

All gladiators have an M220 rear and M210 front. The JL's come with different axles depending on the trim, lower trims have Dana 30 fronts. The covers are not the problem, they look great! Sway bar spacing and the skid plate is the issue. The
