I run the standard aev springs when I tow with 500-600 pound hitch weight and I still have rake.
I would add your stuff, load for a camping trip and test it. You may be suppressed. Worse case you then decide to swap the rears.

For rolling traffic you just ease off the break let it start and if you don't go over (I forget exactly 5mph? it wont engage again, this is the bumper to bumper rolling setting).
