  1. Any EcoD use a weight distribution hitch?

Due to the height discrepancy between my Jeep and my camper, as well as the interference from a tongue mounted tool box, I cannot mount a weight distributing hitch setup. Instead I opted for Airlift airbags inside the rear coils, and I've found that they work perfectly to support a heavy load...
  2. Gladiator Sales-Dave Smith Motors Idaho

I wish that you'd been around when I bought my Gladiator. You guys were my first call after my buddy had such a good experience doing a Fly-N-Drive purchase of a Power Wagon from your company, but I got such a bad price offer I wound up buying from one of the Las Vegas dealerships. Oh well...
  3. M.O.R.E. Dead Pedal: More than a foot rest.

I use the firewall as my dead pedal. I presume that these aftermarket ones prevent the driver from being able to stretch out his legs?
  4. Aftermarket rear bumpers compatible with oem rubicon bed rails?

MetalCloak's rear bumper works with the OEM Rubicon bed rockrails.
  5. Standard hitch vs lock n roll

I've been using my Lock N Roll hitch for approaching 15 years on as wide a variety of terrain as there is, and it's worked flawlessly. I truly love it.
  6. They Do Exist!!! 37X11.50R17

Nope. These are only 1 inch narrower than standard 37's. A "pizza cutter" would be more along the lines of a 37x8.50r17.
  7. Difficulty inputting addresses into the navigation system

I've found the feature in which it drops non-existent letters & numbers to be very helpful and to speed the input of addresses.
  8. Can't unsee it

At least it doesn't have donk wheels with BroDozer tires, an Angry Birds grille, or a stupid angry visor.
  9. Driving in 2 feet of snow

If you want increased contract pressure with the ground (packed snow and ice) then a narrow tire will provide better traction. If you want reduced contract pressure to float atop soft bottomless snow then a tire as tall and as wide as possible will maintain mobility. The Arctic Trucks are...
  10. Driving in 2 feet of snow

#metoo I grew up (and still have a home) at 7,500ft elevation in the Sierra Nevada next to a ski resort, where a 2-foot snowstorm is considered a light dusting of snow, and 6-feet overnight means it'll be a little more effort getting to work in the morning. I love snow wheeling more than...
  11. Installed ACE bed extender

I'd certainly consider paying up to 3x the price of the generic one-size-fits-all noname Chinesium bed extenders for one of these, but not 6x the price.
  12. Driving in 2 feet of snow

There is no one "solution" to your problem, since different snow conditions demand different strategies. But one thing you need to do is drop that air pressure. Start at 10lbs and work down from there as needed. You'd be much better off with 17 inch wheels beadlocks (preferably Icon Rebound...
  13. Bed Crane - Harbor Freight

I tried this on my JK with a receiver mounted deer hoist supposedly intended for 600lbs. It needed an extension to reach far enough to properly center over the 120(?) pound hardtop, and it bent and swayed and bounced so badly I returned it because I wasn't willing to trust my hardtop. I...
  14. Shock Skid Plates

I haven't seen these before; they appear to be just a nicer reproduction of the Rancho ones. I had to chop a bunch of material out of my Rancho shock skids for clearance for my Icon shocks' roost guards, but that was no big deal. These from Datin would require the same mods. I chose to get...
  15. OnX app sucks!

I have subscribed to both OnX Offroad and Gaia for a few years, and I MUCH prefer Gaia. For one thing, it doesn't limit me to little tiny map areas to download one after another after another after another like OnX does. And Gaia offers an almost unlimited number of map layers to choose from...
  16. X

I have a few of their books and I've found them to be really great. I haven't tried their app, but for as much as they want for it (even with the discount) I find it irritating that they still expect you to buy the books: "Trails are fully documented in FunTreks, Inc. printed guidebooks...
  17. Taser randomly disconnecting sway bar?

Yeah, that's exactly my scenario. It'll randomly disconnect at any speed. It reconnects as soon as I hit the button, and then sometimes it'll disconnect itself within a minute or two, sometimes after an extended period, and sometimes not at all. It's definitely a glitch.
  18. Taser randomly disconnecting sway bar?

Thanks for the brainstorm, but no I do not have it set to a hot key. I'm going to remove it and see if there's a firmware update for it. Perhaps it's just a software bug. I was just curious if anyone else has had a similar issue.
  19. Taser randomly disconnecting sway bar?

I have had my sway bar disconnect itself randomly many times after installing my Taser. I've searched and haven't found anyone else mention that they've had this problem with theirs. Before I reach out to Z Automotive I thought I'd check here to see if anyone has had this issue. Thanks!
