My dealership told me in December they couldn't sell the manual Jeeps they had on the lot due to an unresolved recall. They had several.
Maybe just an upsell? I don't know.
My Samsung panels were built in Memphis and have a 20 year warranty. Quality panels are normally good for 25+ years. I have 28 panels and have not seen any fail (including through heavy hail).
My inverter was built in Germany and had a 10 year warranty (and was replaced once under warranty).

The 392s I found were right at 100k. With this in mind, what do you suppose would be the price of a 5.7L V8 Jeep? I'm thinking a lot more than an additional 4-5K...
Also absurd... both at the same time. Please consider:
The United States is the largest producer of oil, averaging 18.9 million b/d to account for 20% of the world’s production in 2022
I think the plug-in hybrid is a good idea in general. That's why I own one.
I should also mention that between federal and state tax credits for the plug-in hybrid, we got $10,000 back on the purchase price of the car. Also absurd.
Hyundai has a lifetime warranty on the battery. It only has a 30 mile range, so not particularly large, but it handles all our commuting.
I think the subsidies are absurd, but if they’re throwing money out the window, I’m there to catch it.
We are net metering as well. I installed 28 panels over several weeks back around 2007. System cost me about $35,000, Colorado (Xcel) rebate was $4.50/watt at the time (-$28,000), so system cost was $7,000 - federal rebate.
About $5,300 out of pocket.
My wife drives a plug-in Hyundai Ionic...
Wasn’t comparing them as trucks. They are the only two vehicles under 50K with a GVWR over 6000# that I can write off under section 179 that I would actually like to own. And I didn’t want another full-size pickup. I use the bed for work, but don’t need to carry 4’ x 8’ sheets of plywood...
This is what I see too. Build a truck and then click through to the dealer matches. Pricing varies wildly, even dealer to dealer.
I was in a pinch at the end of last year, so I had to shop, spec, and purchase all in the span of about a week… the Jeep had to be on the dealer lot. When they...
Subarus don't just consume... you will sooner rather than later be putting in head gaskets... not a simple job on a horizontally opposed engine. Never again.
My 2014 Tundra was the most reliable vehicle I ever owned, but I needed the write-off in 2023 and wanted a Jeep. I'm fairly certain I downgraded in reliability.
