I appreciate the link. I must say as someone with a background in working with numbers and construction, I can’t understand any of this andI don’t see large tires in the matrix.
Have you done the math? I’d guess a net gain of 100 lbs with swing outs? For me, that’s definitely worth it to get the spare tire out from under the truck where it’s a pain in the ass if you have a flat on the trail and also out of the bed so I can use it for other cargo.

The more I look at this , the more I see it at as the best option. It would be perfect if
1. It had side protection and steps
2. It’s similar in price to the Taco version.
Yeah I’m sure it’s far away. However, I’ve been researching the hell out of this and Jcr Offroad should be releasing one within a month I hope. Similar to this, not sure of the price but hopefully it’s close.
