I got it from JCR. I ordered it March 9 and it was shipped March 20. I think I lucked out on that.

Installed the JCR molle panel so I could have some place to mount my fancy Rotopax gas can. Not that I can travel far enough to need extra gas.

Yes, that's the way it works. Everytime you used it, it has to be "cocked" first. Probably some safety concern on FCA's part although I can't imagine what it is.
