Depends on where you go. If you are a guy thelat goes off by yourself way off grid HAM with a mobile tower. If just using it to talk with people on the trails GSMR.
Yep great trade in but high prices on vehicles typically it was over msrp. Now we're at low trade in and incentives. It almost equals out but people that paid over msrp just to get a vehicle and looking trading in now LMAO. Sooooo much negative equity.
yep i never bought a New truck for that reason always 1-2 years old with 20k miles on it. Covid was a perfect storm that made people forget. Low interest rates, no inventory, EVERYTHING over original price even houses, food, beer. People Job hopping for the next raise, Companies over paying...
This is nothing New in the auto world. This happens every time the economy tanks and its not just jeep doing it either. When dealerships and manufactures start offering incentives that means sale are slow and they need to move inventory. During covid you saw no special financing or incentives...
People put oversized campers in. They over hang the bed really far and the camper weight displacement is different than truck design. Lots of people have been snapping frames on the Ford and Ram trucks.
It's a hard move to make right now with the way the market is. Makes it really hard if you don't have title in hand. I've been in a full size truck for a long time, currently a 3500 long bed limo. When I got my gladiator it's definitely a big shock when you have far less space. I do prefer to...
It's for when you do a lift from 3.5in or higher. You flip it and raise your track bar to get your geometry closer to stock. Easier on steer components and better driveability.
If you can rent or get a puller like in link. Then Put some pressure on the tie rod end and just tap a little on the knuckle and it should pop out no problem...
You drill it straight through and the kit comes with a tappered sleeve you insert from the top. To get loose 1/2in impact and get a tie rod puller or tap on knuckle till it pops out.
Shock upgrade will be nice to get rid of the brackets. Have you looked into the rock jock rear swaybar? I did their HD version and love it allows for a lot more flex and cleans up the rear axle a lot.
Been there lol. Also check to see if your track bar is good.
Level jeep frame side to side, drop a string line off each frame rail with weight and measurement from knuckle on each side and adjust track bar. you can alway go from center of axle but harder with just yourself.
Turn your steering wheel full passager and use a ratchet strap to hold it in place. Compress steering damper till it's about 3/8s from bottoming out. That is the proper way to set per fox.
Perfect couldnt see it. I did the track bar relocation and didn't have time for the drag link flip for a week lol. Bump steer like something fierce lol glad it was not my DD. Watch your clearance on passager side frame to drag link. My 4.5in RK with a flip kit is 1/2in from rubbing full flex.
