Yeah man same,I was like why the hell would jeep do that, and weeks later I went "off-road" kinda and I was like "Ohhh that's why the handbrake is slated like that.......wow I'm dumb"
Man I've seen some of the concept pictures or renderings and good lord is it ugly imo,I loved the looks of old my 3rd gen taco but the looks of that truck is a hard pass
if you mainly do towing and slight offroading id really just keep it stock if it was a rubicon, simply cause of the stronger axles with the manual, cause im really surprised to see how capable my truck was stock, sure i was 2-3 wheeling on some parts but it aint no toyota tacoma to were its tipping...
agreed,i already knew i didnt want the oem led's,so i went with some oracle front headlights, and in the future im gonna buy the flush mounted tail lights once i break my stock tail lights offroad
Edit- Either do that or just buy em once i get some more money............cause im no...
im not even gonna like i tightened them down kinda hard but i was just grabbing my ratchet near the head to achieve not snapping a bolt but i still did.......but those bolt heads are pretty tiny so it kinda makes sense in a way,idk ?

but surprise surprise most of the oil pan bolts were basically finger tight,so I just zipped them...

i would of forsure would of gone with punk'n orange but supposedly they werent taking any orders for that color with a ecodiesel so went with sting gray again wich was the same color as my old gasser JTR
And to that i say Amen,i love keeping my engine happy so i religiously changed it at 4k ish miles, yeah it was most likely a waste of money but wayy better than replacing a new motor and so on with other components as well
still dont know if i should do that on my new ecodiesel since.....it is a...
im surprised to see that more people got Sting Gray,i thought i was one of those cool kids with a sort of rare color, wish i had ordered my JTRD in punk'n orange, but supposedly they cant make that color when i traded my gasser in for my new different but kinda the same truck with a diesel
Man long story short I love my ecodiesel, very good on fuel compared to the gasser I had,2800 miles so far 6 fill ups so far,not even touching e just about 1/4 tank is when I filled it up,and on the gasser it got horrible mpg's mainly cause of the wheels I had made it bad got 15-16 mpg
But this...
