You can run 37's on a mojave it 1" taller than a rubi so you should be fine to be honest,of course if it's stock wheels they will most likely rub cause of the narrow offset
what stored date will be in there ?
i would be keeping the stock Ecu stock and buying another one thats simply tuned with the DGE tune, and wont any data that they put in the stock unit would remain stored in the stock unit and the tuned one just be untouched by the dealer for obvious reasons ?

On my dad's jk he was rolling on 37's and the brakes were kind bad and i installed him some power stop brake pads and some drilled and slotted rotors and the braking performance was night and day,his brakes were shot so that's why there was a big difference but it was for sure better than stock...

I 101% can assure that the factory gasket had reusable gaskets,I did my break in for the gears (not sure if it was necessary but oh well)on my previous JT and later on put on diff covers and of course reused the gaskets,they seem to be reinforced by steel and covered in this silicone feeling...

Anything that could come loose and go in the engine is a no go for me,don't be cheap and just spend the couple bucks on a oem Mopar oil filter and housing,it's just not worth it to me imo
