For what it's worth, the settings were temperature based (i.e., if it is below or greater than 40 F). I live in NC where we do have, well, seasons, but I *think* I adjusted the lower shaft to the "performance" setting. I have found that I can still soften the shocks substantially with the knob...
As a motorcycle guy, I generally do the first oil change before the mfg recommendations in my cars. Most of my bikes needed the 1st change at 500 miles for this reason...albeit it's an entirely different engine/engineering comparison.
My Gator JTR has 35" Nitto Ridge Grappler tires, Clayton Off-Road 2.5'' Overland Plus system (LCAs, UCAs, Track bars, etc.) and 1.75" wheel spacers for your reference. I plan on trussing and regearing before (if) going to 37" in the future, but I think the truck looks great as is! "Wheeling"...
Have you taken your Gladiator off rode and shared the same experiences? 2.5" lift and 35's had me sitting pretty on moderate trails with obstacles that scream "high-center." Not one rub other than the rock rails as per usual. The Gladiator isn't a rock crawler, and will never truly be one...
