Ok...I'm asking for my clarification. It was unclear where you were saying there was a "gap." For all I know my cap is not sitting correctly based on these posts.
I'm not sure what gaps you are referring to. I just installed mine and it looks just like this in the front and @clweed. in the back. I was actually concerned that it was too far back, but I can actually close the top door in the aforementioned configuration. I didn't notice any gaps in the...
I think it’s the way to go to be honest.
The Gladiator isn’t a rock crawler, and to that end, going beyond 37s is pointless outside of aesthetics. The kit can easily accommodate a 40 with flex though. For the price, quality, and support...I think the Clayton systems make the most sense for...
Thank you for your product!
Quick question...what size are the bolts for the front bump stop? The nuts on mine rattled off because I didn’t tighten them down enough. Just asking before I go through the trial and error process.
I grabbed a spring compressor today and played around with it some more and it looks like I fixed it. I didn’t think it had anything to do with the product itself, but a user or installation issues. Hopefully it stays there! I just wanted to reach out and see if anyone else had a similar issue...
I don’t have a pic right now, but I can post one tomorrow. On the driver’s side frame rail at the ( where most of the top of the spring seats, the outside of the spring rubs the frame. I tried to place the blue rubber pieces from the stock springs on the the Clayton springs to see if it...
Hello! I wanted to pose this question here just in case anyone else is having the same issue...
First and foremost, the product that Clayton puts out is fantastic!!
I am running the 2.5" Overland Plus System and just can't get one of the rear springs from rubbing on the frame of the Jeep. I...
I like black, so no painting to match for me. How it is sitting in the photo is pretty much how it is...so no sag in my opinion. I do have a 2.5" Clayton Off-Road Overland Plus system installed, so that might help eliminate sag. I also just got the cap and no other goodies...that can come later.
Hey Everyone!
I know the canopy discussion is hot right now, especially with the developing options. I just took shipment of my RLD cap today and couldn't be happier. I thought I'd share with anyone interested in this cap.
Thanks!
I agree, but also...the 3.6 is proven. It works! The 2.0 turbo and 3.0 diesel need to prove themselves. In my opinion, this only increases the value of the 3.6.
Does anyone have any resources for the installation of the RLD canopy? Mine is coming in on the 28th and I've been digging for some sort of installation guide to get my ducks in a row.
I honestly think so. I was curious to see what the 2021s would roll out with. I was pleasantly surprised when it ended up (essentially) being the same truck (rightfully so). I have a Gator JTR that is now worth more (just an opinion right now...); it is an awesome discontinued color that has...
