7 aug. Had a VIN and an estimated ship date as well as D1status in a few days. Thought it was all going well until this morning, they told me I was C status and have been for the past 12 days. I have no idea how this works

If I'm not mistaken, FFP = Friends and family pricing, EP = employee pricing, HB is holdback. So...On my build I was quoted FWP (wholesale price) minus HB.
I went with Brian at Helfman DCJR in Katy. Got 8% off MSRP, not sure what that is below invoice. But he's pretty straight forward...no haggling or nonsence, His price is Wholesale minus holdback plus $100.
Yeah...i got a ship date from my dealer as well. Jeep chat gave me a VIN and a D1 status last week, then told me it's back to D status this week. so...there's no telling.
That's pretty damn cool the aftermarket folks are monitoring these threads and actually actioning on those requests. I just ordered my 1st jeep and am already impressed with the aftermarket with these thing.

My dealer told me last week that the ship date was 23 Aug. I just finished with Jeep chat this morning and they said parts are being sourced and will be scheduled as soon as they get em. sooo....I don't see me making that ship date.
Hell, my dealer is selling for 100 over holdback. I'm still bugging him weekly. He said it doesn't matter cause they dont have to pay advertising or inventory fees so they still make out just fine
Man, the chat and phone calls to jeep are extremely un-helpful. Ive resorted to just emailing my salesman once a week, on wed since I ordered 8/7. He's way more willing to give out accurate, up to date information.
