We have so few options for aftermarket soft top. If you're planning on getting one I'd look at the soft top that we just got from SunTop. Many of us don't like the aesthetics of the factory soft top for the man bun look. I also don't like it because it feels like it would be a mini drag chute on...
I think a lot of people don't care for the soft top to be honest. I'd be all over a pair of discount rock sliders lmao. But I hate the man bun soft top for the JT. I don't think your price is bad, you just have to find someone who wants it and doesn't have 1 yet.
Also, have I seen your truck...
It was only really 1 person being an ass, just look at the rest of their history and you'll see it's more of a trend really. Just ignore it. OP learned something, it's not something I would've thought of either probably, but I also drive like an old man lol.
Thanks man. Again, not nearly as intrusive (extrusive?) as I thought. The company would do good to get some vids on their site for operation and how long it takes to open/close.
Thanks for sharing and getting us pics and a vid, really appreciate it. Any way you can get us a pic of it head on? It doesn't look quite as bad as I imagined.
I'm with you, I like the ride on my Sport S w/Max tow as well. Some people just find it to be too "harsh" and want a more cooshy ride, which it sounds like the OP is aiming for.
Look at other posts like this and see what the Mojave drivers are saying. They say it's the best road feel too due to shock tuning, not nearly as 'rough" of a ride. I don't have 1, It's just what I've seen about them since they came out from others on the forum.
Sorry, it's the lower cost version. If they don't need all the bells and whistles and just want something to drive I'd suggest that. If they were wanting 1 that was nicer I'd suggest the Mojave over the HA.
The Overland is meant for the road more than any other trim. It's still capable offroad but is build more for on-road than any of the others. You may also look for a Mojave as many who have those in the forums have expressed how much nicer the driving dynamics are, just keep in mind that the...
Cuz big wheels helps to forget PP small. lol.
Honestly I dunno, I think it's some type of aggro thing honestly. Part of a 'cool factor' if you will. I don't get it, I've said before, it looks like clown shoes if you step up too big but oh well. Very few people actually need bigger wheels for...
From what I've gathered most people think our trucks are ugly as sin (at least from the back) and having 1 more blemish really doesn't phase them as they've already gazed into the hellmouth that is our truck. Even I admit it's not great looking from the back with the tops on, it looks unfinished...
How is that not a good answer? I have a hard top and do the same. It's much better in winters where we get snow and a lot of us like it better on average because of the other positives (lower noise, better insulation, etc...) rather than having the soft top. It really isn't that big of a deal...
I've had essentially the same thing happen to me here in my city. I have a dealership about 20 mins away for my Cadenza (chain dealer with many dif manufacturers) but refuse to go to that dealership chain because of how they tried to yank me around when I tried to go to them for my previous car...
