what steering box do you have? I thought all 2021 models would have the steel box? If its black, its steel. If its silverish, its aluminum. Tire pressure also plays a role.

The damage is hard to see from your picture. I use to appraise vehicle damage as an independent and in body shops. If your insurance company sent you to them, so be it.

Oddly, turned off auto stop/start all day today using the Tazer. Went to church and nothing changed. Went to lunch and after I heard the doors unlock using the remote. I thought, odd, I just heard the doors unlock. Got home and tried the remote, heard the honk and the doors locked. So... no clue?

Reading g through some of the links, we did have a lot of stop/start going on lastnight due to traffic. Maybe I'll disable it and drive around.

Unfortunately, we are in Mexico. Other remote at home in California.
