Build an extra cab w. a 6.5' bed on it. I don't need the huge back seat.
I waited three years for that model and finally gave up.
ESS off button w. memory and a way to cancel the three horn honk when I get out of the truck and shut the door with the engine running and the fob in my pocket...
Doesn't the spare come with a TPMS?
I've been assuming they did, I haven't checked.
I had planned on getting another factory style wheel so I could do a five tire rotation.
Is the factory roll-up tonneau cover on my '23 JT a Bestop product?
I'm trying to decide what to use on it as far as treatment.
I don't think it's twill, is it vinyl? Those are the only options I see for Bestop protectants.
How easy is it to clone the key? I've read of it in other threads about stolen Jeeps.
What will a hood lock prevent? Does the thief need access under the hood, or is it only to silence the horn?
It rides smoother and quieter than my '01 Dodge Ram w. the diesel.
It's more spacious than the '07 Ranger I used to drive, and will get better mileage.
I haven't driven my JKR since I got the JT though I think the longer wheel base will ride a little better.
From reading on here I've learned that you still need a winch plate to install a winch on the factory steel bumper.

The fact that it died after driving off the small ledge makes me wonder if something was left loose when the battery's were being worked on.
If either battery shifted you may have blown a fuse that shut everything down.
If the truck goes in the shop and the mechanic opens the diff and realizes it's not factory anymore, the owner may be getting a bill for shop time up to that point, and a phone call with the a quote for installation of the parts that were ordered.
If I were the mechanic I'd be checking the gear...
I'm on the fence about buying a canopy but I like the looks of this one.
My JT came with the factory tonneau and I've considered a rigid tonneau if I need more secure storage.
I like the looks of the Gladiators with a canopy but I don't know if I need all that interior room.
In the past, with a...
I've owned more pickups than cars, usually a full size w. 8' box.
It was a hard decision going to a pickup w. a narrow 5' box, until I discovered the Gladiator had enough tow capacity to tow my enclosed cargo trailer.
When I have enough cargo to need a full size pickup, I'll be towing the trailer.
I was thinking about this quote today while out for a drive.
I had a CJ7 for a few years and did a lot of work to it, I loved that thing. I went without a Jeep for several years, then bought my JKR 7 years ago and have never been so happy with a vehicle. I'm really happy with my new...
It's miles better than the 258 I'm used to in the CJ's.
I have no personal experience with the 4.0 but I'm told the 3.6 makes better power, and I know it gets better economy.
I was disappointed when Jeep stopped using an inline 6 engine however I quickly came to appreciate the 3.6 in my '13...
I wonder what the dealership would say if you asked them to throw in a winch plate at their cost as part of the deal.
I assume they can buy them cheaper than the general public.
Looks good.
I'm on the fence about larger tires. I bought my JT w. max tow for truck duties, including towing.
I also hope to get decent mileage with it and would also stick with stock rims to keep the tires in the fenders and minimize rock chips.
I noticed the same thing the first time I drove mine in the dark.
Actually what I noticed was the radio screen was too bright.
The gauges seemed fine on full bright.
If I was doing a lot of night driving I'd probably turn the screen off and leave the gauges up all the way.
