Yes it’s a very odd set up. LED on sport only does headlight with DRL accent and fog light. Safety adds LED tail. Max tow adds regular DRL. But nothing led for the fender. honestly bummed to learn that today which is how I found this post searching. unless the website is wrong - which I won’t...

adding the safety package gives you rear LED and max Tow adds the DRLs. Not sure why the separation but still possible to get them on Sport

I read from a thread on sliders section you just have to email them and they’re about $100 more than the JLU price. We have the sliders for a Cherokee from them and have had no issues and like them.
