I skipped cargo and aux. have come to regret skipping aux though but seems easy to add something similar if I ever do need it. Current car has a 115v outlet in the back and from experience learned they’re near useless for anything I’d want to run in the bed and that was the only thing I thought...
Ugh back orders can be annoying.
No kids for me, but still don't want to have to stretch to get in/out which I felt like I had to do when test driving.
I'm looking at Barricade Rocker Steps right now. Not sure how much protection they would give though. FrogFab is a second choice I think...
Waiting on my own almost fully loaded Sport S with Max tow in SG and this got me even more excited. Congrats
tires and lift will be quite a wait for me. Think my first purchase will be a tonneau cover and some kind of step/rock rail.
Keep posting photos
One perk of Guardian is the GPS tracking. I used the remote start/lock often pre covid. Start it as I pack up in the office and its warm by the time I get to it. Locking was nice for the time half way across the parking lot "wait did I lock my car?".
Then being in the city on that constant...
my current car has them actually. They are nice but was not able to get them with the truck.
I will miss them for sure but figured it’s a first world problem and I can adjust.
good to know I could attempt to add them later. Though the links inside the post are to dead ends so going to need to...
I had thought the outlet was part of the stereo upgrade package. Not Overland.
Are you saying you ordered that package on a sport and it did not include the power outlet?
This may be a summer project of mine! Might only do the drive side door if possible though. See no real need for passenger and save the cost of one side.
Isn't 4HI also limited to around 50mph?
This can run highway speeds and kick in on an overpass where there's a bit of ice without slowing down to shift to 4HI and then back out to get back to speed.
I think it's worth it here in the midwest. Kind of a "safety" feature in my view.
There's also a few tiny "bonus" above a Sport
Floor Ambient Lights, leather on doors, handles, and dash, Passive Entry available and Color matched top available as examples
From my experience this can work - but you lose some bargaining power. The dealer that has it knows they have a sale so they won't trade it cheaply, then your dealer knows you want this one specifically bad enough you want them to swap. Gives them just a slight advantage while negotiating cause...
hi- had a chance to test these off road? I am looking for something clean looking and protection but can also act as a step.
Are these wide enough for that after using them a few months?
Not a big rock crawler but want something there so not too worried if it’s not top strength.
Much appreciated thank you! Good to know to keep the pressure light on them, if anything it's just a good secondary rope spot.
Now if I get the JCR Panels, can these attach on top of them?
where did you buy those tie down anchors there? The trail rail seemed kind of meh to me so opted out of it but this seems like an solid alternative to add some tie point.
Hi. Can anyone please tell me the distance from the inside of a closed tailgate to where the cross 2x8 can be placed?
Meaning if I put the cross board there how big of an item can I fit between it and the tailgate.
Thank you.
can you please show me how the sides are held Down ? The others all seem to use Velcro but can’t find info on mopar.
I’m thinking the Velcro may look cheap or get rough quickly. If mopar attaches better it may be worth the extra $100 or so.
Thank you
Still waiting for delivery but I do not have regrets.
Pricing a Max Tow and a Rubi with options trying to make them as close to the same as possible with what I wanted —The Rubi was about 5.5k more. Add sales tax to the loan and it’s just out of budget for me.(8.5 f**king % where I’m at. )...
