the PSI listed on your door sticker is COLD psi so yes because of Pv=nRt the temperature and pressure will increase as you drive but I wouldn't worry about that.

You can mute it on maps because the maps app has a mute button. Android auto alerts/notifications/rings you can only adjust the volume when it's active
you can use either but you have to be quick. I literally sat in my truck sending myself text messages for 5 minutes trying to catch the alert at the right time to adjust the volume but it's possible
