That's strange, On jeeps in my opinion Fox is one of the softer riding shocks. Bilstein would be stiffer. If on a budget and don't want Fox, I would stick with the Red rocksports.
I have 5:13s with 40s. and I feel its great. I have no regrets. 5:13s with 35s is crazy. I felt over geared when I was on 37s. Maybe if you never cruise at any highspeed.
Agreed, people obess over the strangest things. I got better fuel mileage with stock gears and 37s, then I did after re-gear. But people want to argue about what ratio is best and this or that.

I'm aware, I am in the industry. They will have a larger presence now in the 4WP stores. When a lot of locations start to push a certain brand. It will influence the market because people will see it on other vehicles.
The current 42 4WP stores are being sold to ARB in partnership with ORW (Off Road Warehouse, which is owned by Greg Adler whose family started 4WP).
This is good for the industry, expect to see allot of ARB products to start being pushed in the US.
