Just FYI - A had that trackbar and diff cover combo and found that the trackbar would hit the fill dipstick top when flexing. Also relocated my Fox stabilizer with a similar bracket and had to reconfigure the bolt clamp on the adjuster sleeve so it wouldn't hit the stabilizer. YMMV

I've read through a few threads about lugs - my new wheels are calling for:
.....wheels require (60-Degree) Bulge Acorn (Cone Bulge) Seat Lug Nuts. Recommend Duplex Bulge Acorn Lug Nuts on vehicles of GVWR of 6,500 lbs. or greater.
I found in the threads to be looking for 1/2 - 20 lugs and I...
I was paranoid grease wasn't going in the first time I messed with it and pulled the zirk fitting off - looked like it was packed in there well. Trails have been pretty muddy thus far so pulling and cleaning it up may be the only resolve. Guess I could just run without it too if it turns into...
A few weeks ago I was pulling in to a parking lot and my steering was all of a sudden groaning - only really did it though at slow speeds and sitting still.
I narrowed it down to the sector shaft brace, pulled it, cleaned it, retorqued everything, checked on grease - gave it the works. Only...

The deed is done. Grinded it out with the Dremel and got it in place.
I grinded just enough to where everything lined up easily to get the bolt through.
Wondering if it should be opened up more to fully clear the head or if the bolt goes through, check it off and finish the install?
I have the MC front track bar on the way. Instructions are showing the need to possibly grind out the housing a bit to fit the head of the trackbar. Anyone put one in a Gladiator...did you need to grind?
