I bought one of these about 3 years ago. Only have used it a handful of times, as my floor jack is much more convenient for getting the Jeep off the floor. Also, regular jack stands are much lighter than this is, so I use those once the truck is up. It still works fine though.
The existing front & rear cameras have a very limited view angle. The aftermarket cams are mounted closer to center of cab, are higher, have better resolution, and have about 150 deg of view.
I had them hard-wired by a professional. I think it was around $140 for the parts and labor. He did a really nice job with a quick disconnect on the rear camera for when I take off the hardtop. I had one just plugged into the cigarette lighter on a previous vehicle, but this is much cleaner.
If you don't already have one, get a dash cam asap. Mine has paid for itself 100 times over already! This is what I put in all 4 of my family vehicles:

No, not normal. You should only hit your bump stops when hitting a big dip, or when flexing out while off-roading. Mine is gas, not diesel, but there is approx 5" between mine.
I have not noticed the turn cam feature since I don't have it active, but I have had my 'license plate blanking when in reverse' stop working. Rebooting fixed it temporarily, but now it's stopped again. Hopefully Z-Automotive can fix this in a future firmware update.
The wider wheels will usually be heavier, and will require more negative offset. But, if you like more tire poke, or the bro-dozer look, then go with the wider. For better performance on and offroad, go with the 9.5".
