I agree. I’m glad my dealership is taking a conservative approach and waiting for guidance from FCA instead of experimenting with a brand new engine (it had 160 miles on it when CEL came on). The service manager acknowledged it was a larger issue that needs to be addressed by FCA. So, we are...
Update as of 6/26 - dealership called indicating technicians at FCA are working on a fix/solution that involves a computer update, which is expected to be available mid- July.
Hi, thanks for the update. I certainly hope this works as I remember this was done on a couple of others in this thread without success. Did they say if this was a “let’s see if this works” attempt or a STAR technician bonafide solution to this issue? It would be awesome if this actually works!
Yes, disappointing to say the least and I’m sure the number of affected vehicles goes well beyond those of us on the forum. Tuesday will be four weeks they have had mine on trip #2 to the repair shop. Dealership is waiting on direction from corporate. Obviously no one knows what is wrong, much...
I agree completely. I also do not think they know what is wrong with them, which is a different issue entirely from a quality control perspective. They have had mine over three weeks now and I am still waiting on an accurate diagnosis. It is very disappointing to say the least and my patience...

Dealership efforts so far have been unsuccessful. I think they replaced and/or “recalibrated” the cam crank sensors and replaced some or all of spark plugs. CEL came on for them during testing this morning, so I guess it is back to the drawing board on this one. Will provide updates...
Geez ... that’s disappointing.
Latest on my Gladiator is they are replacing and/or “recalibrating” the cam crank sensors. Not sure what that really means. They will test again in the morning on a cold crank. If everything checks out, it might be ready for pick up tomorrow.
Hi, I will add to this thread. Took delivery of a 2020 Gladiator Rubicon on May 12th (not sure of build date).
At 160 miles, get message in the center that stop/start is not available and needs to be serviced. Shortly thereafter the CEL comes on. Take it to the dealer, code reads PO330 -...
