Jax- I did! Some non fun life stuff got in the way of finishing the install, but a buddy offered his warm garage to stash and put together. The two of us got it together in just over 2 hours (wasn’t rushing). Had a pucker moment looking at the shipping box as the roof panel box had some obvious...
reminds me I bought some just for that job, but haven't installed that yet. Now I need to wait for this Alaskan winter to end (so.....June?) to give it a good wash and wax before I do this.
I've been sort of holding off seeing if QT would drop the version that would allow dual control. About at the point where I no longer want to wait. I'm assuming you'd tap in to the trailer wires for one of those "ins"?
I would think so, and perhaps they are, but as RSI NA sends to dealers, I wouldn't want to just sit around waiting for them all to get in line. Especially with my cap enroute.
Getting ready to order the FrontRunner load bars...not sure I want the tall feet if I can avoid it. Maybe I missed it but I don't know the height of the RSI positive pressure vent. Can someone fill me in?
and now I saw that ShadowsPapa once again beat me to a much more detailed answer that I agree with 100%. For me its not arthritis but lots of metal in the wrist/hand from motorcycle accident but logic is the same.
Like TYJ asked, sure would be great is it was a selectable temp (or even from a few options). I get a little frustrated (first world problem, I know) that Jeep has different settings for different vehicles. My wife's Trailhawk kicks on at a higher temp (46Ëš I think) and I think it's perfect...
Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I just discovered the Airlifts and am looking at them to offset the weight of RSI smart cap and RTT. Could you share more about removing a “part” of the coil separator? And if you ever shot pics of where you put the valve I’d love to see it. Thanks!
