any chance you could measure the width? I am planning to use Yakima bars and am hoping the Landing Pad 1 channel adapters fit.
The RSI channel brackets are all installed, so I can't measure those directly, but the opening at the top of the track should be a decent estimate. The gap is right at 1/4". The channel inside is slightly wider, I'd estimate the RSI brackets at 3/8", compared to the "universal" brackets that Frontrunner provided at 5/8". See below for the picture of the Frontrunner provided brackets on top of the RSI track.

I also went with the tall foot kit, to provide clearance for the RSI vent and Frontrunner wind fairing.
Getting ready to order the FrontRunner load bars...not sure I want the tall feet if I can avoid it. Maybe I missed it but I don't know the height of the RSI positive pressure vent. Can someone fill me in?

I think it’s in the thread earlier. You should be able to get by with shorter feet. I plan on ordering some load bars from them tomorrow, as well.

What width are you going with? I was thinking 1425mm.

I'm figuring that our (over email) as we speak. Mine will be holding Roofnest so don't need the widest (if it was for storage, I'd go wider).

What did you go with? I'm also using a Roofnest condor.

I want bit of overhang, so I can easily attach mounts for an awning.

I don't remember where I have and haven't shared these videos, so sorry if this is a double post, but feel free to check out my video talking about the cap and rack.

I put a 1358mm L x 1425mm W on mine, and it fits great.

I picked up my roof panel from the body shop yesterday. I think they did a pretty good job repairing the damage and doing some touch up to the paint. I can still tell where it was tweaked... but only because I Know where to look. If it arrived in this condition I would have boiled it up and never noticed.

I’ll be assembling it and mounting it today and will post up some pics. Assuming it bolts up straight and looks good.... I’ll be a happy camper :)

Thanks to @RSI North America Inc, Off-road Alliance, and Fairway Collision (here in MN) for getting this sorted out.

Yup, July 20, seems like a year ago, almost 5 months! I’m not sitting around ,ordered stainless unistrut, stainless eyebolts and a stainless table, getting ready to mount it, looking for 9/16” rubber strips yet. Yup I thought the wait for the Mojave was too long ....Ha!.....jack

...It would be great to hear from folk who have an RSI/RLD/AluCab and have some winter experience...
I had Alucab canopy on my Taco and even through several winter trips to VT, NH & ME never had a freezing issue. I’m in NJ and we get some snow and a decent amount of sleet/icing/cold temps but still no issue.

I was actually surprised to hear this was an issue for others?

The Canopy was solid but I upgraded to their Canopy Camper. Digging that as well but this will be the first winter with it so can’t speak firsthand but latches seem nearly the same so I’m not worried.
