Here is a picture of the rear of my Gladiator SmartCap setup. I have the frig under the side bin. It is a tight fit but slides ok. I put in the side bin about a month ago ( 9 month delivery) and haven’t overlanded with it yet so I hoping that I tightening all bolts and it will not settle and rub on the top of my frig… fingers crossed.
If it does I’ll have to oval the bin attachment bolt holes and raise it more than the original bolt holes allowed!
I have the rooftop table and I added a Kingpin light under the rear canopy right against the lift door. I also have a couple of magnetic motion sensor under counter Lights mounted n the lift door and side doors.

What drawers are to the right of the fridge slide?

Getting ready to put down some change on a topper. Top contender is the Evo Defender. What's the latest on the "new" dual function latches? The ones you can open from the inside. Available yet? Anyone know. I saw Offroad Alliance had a link here in this thread, but see it no longer works.

We were in the process of updating our original style latches (aka Furnlock) to Dual-Release Latches that can be opened from the inside. However, our initial supply from the manufacturer contained a small percentage of defective units. Our supplier is working to resolve the issues, but until then, we have reverted back to using Furnlock, which will include latch covers for cold weather protection. As this is a rolling change, your cap may come with Dual Release Latches. While it's highly likely they will work as designed, if you do encounter any issues, please reach out to our Customer Support team directly ([email protected]) and they will get you taken care of.

Will these new dual-release latches be available to purchase so I can retro-fit my existing SmartCap EvoA?

Hi Smartcap and Smartcap owners - i am about to pull the trigger on a EVO Adventure for my gladiator , however i have specific cargo i need to haul in the gladiator - so need some help in determining if the cargo will fit through the opening of my gladiator with smartcap evo fitted. Can someone be so kind as to measure the opening on their smartcap evo on the gladiator

A: distance between gas struts and mounts
B: distance between the top corners of the opening
C: height from the bed till the top of the opening
Attached the pic for reference on measurements i need

The floor bed platform is a floating piece of ballistic birch plywood, cut to match the exact dimensions of the Jeep’s bed. It’s finished with truck bed liner spray on both sides for durability and protection. The platform isn’t permanently mounted to the bed. It simply rests in place and is secured using the factory D-rings toward the top of the bed using custom L bracket, keeping the setup clean, simple, and removable If needed.

Can you provide some details on your bed floor? Is it a DIY floor? Composite? Would like to do something similar.

Thank you! What thickness did you use. Did you create a template using cardboard?
