I wouldnāt necessarily say the trailer is porpoising. Definitely no trailer sway. I really didnāt notice it until I swapped out the standard AEV springs for the High Capacity AEV springs. The tongue weight is reported to be 313 lb. I thought the rule of thumb for needing a weight distribution...
Current ride while towing my 15ā adventure trailer can get quite ābouncyā and harsh , especially on roads with a lot of undulations. So maybe everything is ātoo stiff?ā
Bilstein 8100 DSAs are a wee bit out of my price range. Iāve got to stop the bleeding somewhere. Was thinking either the Falcon SP2 3.3 or the AEV Bilstein XP 8100s.
Currently running the AEV Dualsport suspension lift with the AEV 3ā high capacity springs and the Bilstein 5100 shocks. I also added a steersmarts yeti front adjustable track bar to center the front axle. I want to improve the ride and handling and hoping that a shock swap out will help.

Wondering who all is going this year. This will be our 3rd year in a row going.

Some additional changes to my Gladiator occurred over the last several weeks.
I got around to installing my amber fog lights on my front bumper brush guard. I then installed a Yeti front adjustable track bar. I was tired of the ācrab walk feelā driving down the interstate so decided to center...
Looks like the same ones I installed today. My OEM latches have been a frequent snack for the squirrels in my neighborhood so Iām hoping they donāt like the taste of these, lol. And extremely straight forward and easy install I might add.
