Currently running the AEV Dualsport suspension lift with the AEV 3” high capacity springs and the Bilstein 5100 shocks. I also added a steersmarts yeti front adjustable track bar to center the front axle. I want to improve the ride and handling and hoping that a shock swap out will help.
I have a Warn EVO 10S winch and knock off Mopar steel front bumper on the front end.
In the rear I have an RSI Smartcap, iKamper Skycamp 3.0 mini RTT, a 270 degree awning and a decked drawer system. I will occasionally be towing a 2300 lb. Adventure trailer. Let me know your thoughts.

Adjustability, always have options.
I went with MC Rocksport Blacks and really like them.

What do you like, what don't you like about the current ride? How do you want to improve the ride?
A little more info from you might help guide the responses.

I went from the Bilstein 5100's to the King 2.5 with the adjustable remote reservoirs. Big difference in ride. The 5100's felt harsh on small bumps and blew through on the bigger ones. The Kings float over the small stuff and feel in control on the big stuff. But there is a big price difference. It's what you are willing to pay.

Spot on, I went from Fox to King 2.5 big difference like you mentioned.

I've got the Fox 2.5 Elites. Courtesy of @CrazyCooter super controlled now. Plenty of adjustability when carrying more weight.

If the budget is large then ADS 3 tube bypasses.

Bilstein 8100 DSA would be my choice Mainly because I have experience with them. You can change the settings with the two dials on each reservoir as the weight of your vehicle changes so it always rides good. Im sure their are others that can do it. Most dont have 2 year warranty and expected lo last some 80,000 miles. I like mine but it did take a while for me to get the ride I wanted but I can change it in seconds

Bilstein 8100 DSAs are a wee bit out of my price range. I’ve got to stop the bleeding somewhere. Was thinking either the Falcon SP2 3.3 or the AEV Bilstein XP 8100s.

I understand that. The 8100’s was probably my last jeep parts for a while. Some day I will probably need ball joints. I should of done them when i did the high steer but at my age that took long enough

Current ride while towing my 15’ adventure trailer can get quite “bouncy” and harsh , especially on roads with a lot of undulations. So maybe everything is “too stiff?”

Do you run a weight distribution hitch? Without knowing the facts, sounds like you don't, or maybe it isn't set up right.

No weight distribution hitch. Was advised no need for one as trailer dry weight was only 1735 lb. I do run a lock n roll hitch however.
