Mine is an Oct order and started being built a few days ago. I’m going with the assumption that if you were able to order ACC, you’re getting it… even if your order might be delayed.
Anyhow, I’m glad you were able to get it! Looking forward to seeing yours delivered.
So now that your JT is built… does the build sheet and sticker show ACC? I’m assuming that everyone that was able to order the Adv Saftey group are getting the ACC and that once the options was removed for ordering, that was the cut off.
I had the 38x11.5 Boggers on my TJ. I hand grooved them to get some lateral grip and wow, those things were magic!
Re skinnies in modern radials. I've had really good luck with the 35x11.5 Toyo ATIIIs (load c). But these Baja Bosses look good too.
Dude... how can you not just buy it :) It's right there.
But, I feel ya on the full time 4x4 desire. I'm in MN.
I will say though, we've had a 2020 LE since Summer 2019 and have had it through some bad winters. Nothing be good things to say even with the part time TC. If it's remotely...
I'm 23 days in D1. (JTRD, white, painted flares and top, leather, all safety groups, all other groups except smokers, no headliner, no bed liner (wasn't offered at time of order).
Either way, it's not worthing being upset when you see others being delivered with similar options. You have no idea when those were ordered, if the dealer had priority, if some small part held yours up when it was your day on the production line, etc. Just in time manufacturing and the ongoing...
yes, this is all automated content management stuff. Plus it drives clicks/calls to the dealer.
I sometimes get odd emails from my sales person that don't make any sense. "Hi XXX, are you still interested in a Gladiator?". Even though I'm in the middle of purchasing one from him, lol. Crap...
Exactly, we are the enthusiasts. We use the lockers, etc. But, we are such a minor component of the vast majority of people buying Jeeps. That was the point. Most people are buying Rubicons and Mojave because they "look cool", are the "top trim level", etc.
It's almost like you didn't even read my comment....:giggle:
" Enthusiasts are such a small portion of the market, despite how important we think we are :)"
Since you seemed to miss it: **We are the enthusiasts referenced.** Lighten up buddy.
Super interesting that under the status data at the bottom of Jeep tracker updated today to show 1 and only 1 Gladiator for my dealer. It wasn't there earlier today at all and now lists 1 unit as KZM status (shipped). Nothing has shown up for them under C, D, E, etc up until this point.
My...
Very few diesels have shipped out, according to the trackers. I think it's safe to assume there is a delay there, especially with the fuel pump recall on older ones.
I couldn't get the bed liner or headliner when I I ordered my rubicon back on Oct 3. But I did get the safety and advanced safety group. I've been sitting in D1 since then.
The chip shortage and other supply chain constraints are still major issues for multiple industries. It hasn't really...
More or less, yes.
The suspension and frame reinforcement on the Mojave is better than the Rubicon. The option for the diesel and the 4:1 TC is better on the Rubicon.
The rubicon makes more sense for people wanting to upgrade the suspension, as you aren't investing so much cash into he stock...
