We're in business! Those of you who pre-ordered just got an email from me with info/updates/install notes!
Hoping to begin sharing rail system info next week! In the process of evaluating a couple of finishing options (mainly plating vs. powdercoat vs. both).
I think you guys are going to be...
Haha! The gun systems I worked on were considerably larger than a JT can handle...
No problem! Are they still way backordered? Glad I got mine quickly, although I currently have our prototype rail system in my JT and actually prefer it.

I'm recommending the hi lift 4xrac kit that they sell. It's a nice, rigid-mount kit.
See above!
Thanks! The Tech Panels really depend on the loop that they're attached to. In my F-150, they hold more than they do in the Jeep. Still, plenty for a larger first aid kit, etc.
Correct, just to...

Rock on!
No list for the bed rack yet, but we'll have a similar post soon! Sending you a PM now.

I wish! Not in the cards this year, but we may have a couple of trucks there with the panels installed. Will post here when we confirm.
Check your PMs!
Anodized...
Working on getting caught up with ordering instructions, but I have an update!
These are due to come back from powdercoating tomorrow! When that comes, I'll make a bit of an unboxing video and we'll do a final inspection prior to packaging. We should be shipping next week!!!
Matt
Yea, just a replacement to the crappy plastic cap. Just itching for a fun little project one night last week and this was the result. Will probably make a handful in black, red and clear anodizing.
Matt
Ok I know it's been a while, but i had this idea a while back and fit's finally real! If I can get like ten hand-raisers that are interested at the $39 price point, I'll make a run of them. I'm thinking of offering them in clear anodizing, black anodizing and red anodizing. Bed bling!

Love this idea. I've got some tools in a pelican case that I just strap to the panels in my F-150.

Doesn't cover the light completely, as there's still the holes and slots in the panels. I keep meaning to take nighttime pictures. I'll do that tonight and post up...
Alright guys, been off the forum for a few days with my head down getting work done! These are in production and are scheduled to be through powdercoating and ready to ship in the first week of Sept! I'll get questions answered and you new folks added to the list in a bit!
Matt
Done!
And done!
You guys definitely have me thinking - consider some basic L-Brackets done. These could be used in the configuration shown, but could also be mounted horizontally is you wanted a board (or other) to span the width of the bed.
Matt
No pricing yet, but yes, it works with the Trail Rail system. I'm working on cutting costs right now and will hopefully have some details and pricing to post in a week or two. I've been using it now for a couple months (revised a few times of course) and have landing on a really simple (but...
Sounds like you got it answered, but to clarify, the panels do all have a cutout for the power plug!
We are doing the front panel, I just didn't want to post a photo of an unpainted protoype. Keep an eye out early next week for more details!
I like this idea.
Thanks for the orders...
Got you added to the list! Those tanks can get pretty heavy and while we don't have issues on the Fords, my recommended mouinting configuration is to have the bottom of the tank resting on the bed of the truck, to help keep the weight managed.
I've been a bit MIA - had to put my head...
I've explored that option in the past. I should mention that on the lo-rise bed rack, the crossbars are aluminum. I've largely avoided it because to achieve the same strength and durability in this configuration requires nearly the same weight and substantially higher cost.
Regarding corrosion...
I can't speak authoritatively because obviously I didn't design it and it isn't my business, but without looking at the racks that they make for other vehicles, my guess is that it's a combination of stability and common parts with other racks for other makes and models. Something that follows...
Honestly, I got more requests for desert tan, so I chose that as the next color. I could just as easily do olive drab (and will), but I've found that the colors are much less popular and simply can't afford to bring olive drab to market for another month or two. Small business problems I...
