You can just get the psc kit or similar and just use it as an excuse to work towards bigger tires 😉
Supposedly the psc ram for the dana44 axles amd the one tons are the same with the exception of a spacer inside the ram. Good excuse to work towards dana 60s too
If you don't ever plan to offroad just grab some wheel spacers and stick on the 37s.
If you want something better for mild offroad just get a decent 1-2" spacer lift.
If you want to do it right, get a proper lift kit for 2" - 4"

Pretty much any beadlock(some exceptions) aren't dot legal so just don't get pulled over, in an accident, or make some enemies. People seem to really like kmc beadlocks and I wouldn't worry about you losing a ring on the road as long as you check the bolt with a torque wrench every once in a while.
From what I've seen(no personal experience sadly) switchpros seems to have a smaller footprint and the option for 12 buttons that are all programmable.
Spod only has 8 buttons, assuming no daisy chaining.
Both include options for ignition or battery power as well as hi/lo mode.

I said air but I should of said water. Basically something that isn't brake fluid due the powers of brake fluid being hygroscopic. Brake fluid degrades over time just absorbing moisture through whatever it can
Warped rotors would make your brake pedal kinda pulsate or vibrate so it shouldn't be that. I'd recommend the cheapest option of just bleeding your brakes to start. Your symptoms lead me to think you got air in your system.
