  1. Mopar 2" kit Stab link measurements

This makes a lot of sense. Sense you have the potential for so much downward travel.
  2. Mopar 2" kit Stab link measurements

Right. Level is the preferred setup. Sounds like the previous kit maybe had too long of links. Other idea is if there was a bunch of added front bumper weight that is pushing the suspension downwards. New coils could help with that as well.
  3. Tell me about your Steering Upgrades

The only way to guarantee you are getting the latest revision is to buy from steersmarts directly. I did not go with the PRO version. PRO uses polyurethane bushings. My take is you should only buy poly bushings if you only specifically want them. There are pros and cons. Here is a code I just...
  4. OEM Drag link removal (HELP!!)

Hey. Just a double check. But one of your Jam nuts on the drag link does not look like its button up against the rod. Just a friendly double check.
  5. Mopar 2" kit Stab link measurements

I haven't utilized mine yet. I bought them to run with 2.5" MC coils and that might come back to bite me. Your theory sounds on par. If you run the 2" front coils and utilize your aftermarket front links. As long as the sway bar is parallel or angled just (little) downwards, you should be good...
  6. Tell me about your Steering Upgrades

Just installed Steersmarts Front Track bar and there latest revision of the sector shaft brace. Didn't have to cut on my Mojave. I also installed the Fox ATS stabilizer at the same time. The way my jeep drives has completely changed. Cannot recommend enough.
  7. Recommended / best way to measure axle to frame alignment?

I recently installed a steering smarts sector shaft brace and front trackbar. I measured from the side of the frame under the top shock mount. Then I knew to match the spot on each side. Then I measured to the center of the tire with the wheels straight. This was assisted by the fact my tires...
  8. Mojave Front Bumper Options

I just installed the fishbone stubby. I utilized my tow hooks instead of the supplied hardware. The look might not be for everyone. I just really wanted to keep the front Mojave tow hooks element.
  9. Rancho geometry bracket install problem

Yes! Just make sure to do one side at a time. Rachet straps and pry bars will help.
  10. Rancho geometry bracket install problem

You can use ratchet straps around the axle and hook into the frame. You can pull/shift the axle around. Then you can use your strength to adjust it into position.
  11. Mopar 2" kit Stab link measurements

I bought the 2" kit front and rear links to go with my Metalcloak 2.5 springs. Will see how they do with the setup. I went out and measured. Front 7.500 Center to Center Rear 13.125 Center to Center
  12. URGENT dealer wants to charge me $145 for "recalibration to new tire size"

That size isn't anything super special per say. That service writer is just clueless or the dealer just hasn't delt with that specific service request much. If you don't get good responses back. Maybe its worth your energy and time to do it your self or find another dealer or aftermarket shop.
  13. OEM Auto Light Switch install?

I don't think it will just work that way. I'm pretty sure the BCM has some type of control in the activation of that system. Along with the light sensor that needs to be present. Not saying the upgrade cannot be done. Just fairly confident that just swapping the light controls won't achieve that.
  14. Metal Cloak vs Synergy/Yeti?

FYI, I have verified with Steering Smarts that their sector shaft brace has been updated. Mojave do not require cutting with the latest revision. They still show the instructions because vendors can potentially have the older revision. So I decided to purchase directly from them. They are...
  15. Bolt missing… I Think hmmmm

Here is a previous post on replacing the trackbar bolts. I ordered from McMaster-Carr to replace with my upcoming lift install. 9/16"x 3" There is a youtube video out there that showed 3.5" long causes some issues. So sticking with 3" is the way to go...
  16. Lets see all those Gladiators with lifts and bigger tires!

How are you liking the ride? I just pieced together the 2.5 kit for my Mojave. I'm going to run the front alignment bracket instead replacing all the arms.
  17. Magnuson TVS1900 Kit Available Now

Just sharing an opinion so others don't get persuaded. You are making 0% more HP with 91 octane. Unless the motor is tuned for the additional octane along with higher compression(or boost) there is no benefit. This isn't a Jeep thing. Octane rating is its resistance to self-ignition. Some...
  18. Stock Air Box Mod

Air density is inversely proportional to temperature. Air density is what makes power. But yes, at stock this probably doesn't effect much. But cooler air temps are typically beneficial.
  19. Bed is made of a tin can

Any type of bedliner will drastically improve resistance to damage. If damage during use is your concern then a bedliner should be a priority.
