So odd, it looks amazing with the Mopar and level on the front with the stock 33s. I have the same, Gator Rubi with MTs and upgraded wheels like yours. I feel like my wheels look small stock, let alone without a lift......
I feel you there. I traded my 16 Canyon SLT for mine. The V6 in the Canyon may have been more powerful on paper but I was constantly in the upper RPMs to get the thing to move. I drove it insanely hard. Plus I had one of the Canyons with the "chuggle" in the transmission in addition to never...
New Fox steering stabilizer and airing the tires down from the 50+ pounds they come with from the factory improved it quite a bit. Still some slight wander but nothing like it was.
I really like these BUT I had an issue with Oracle lights on our Camaro with the color matched smoked marker lights. Website stated lifetime warranty yet when I contacted customer support she said they would offer a one time replacement but that was it which confused me. With the color matching...
I love the downward angle Rock Hard rails. I think those will definitely be my pick. I've had Iron Cross on my Canyon and they definitely would not take a strong hit. Iron Cross is local to me but the steps were not remotely in the correct place on the Canyon. I was always stepping on the very...
That is truly a shame. My Wife ordered a Camaro 2SS back in 2016. Ended up having an issue with the electronic parking brake which they said was shorted in the main harness. They ripped the interior out and make a pigtail harness to fix it. Needless to say it was never the same, constant...
Why twice? I would love one of these but I'm worried about the AZ sun destroying it and the heat during the summer months since I am always parked outside.
Just in case others have the same issue. I received an email back from Smittybilt. Here's what you do: I just completely finished mine. So the steel skid plate brackets, the ones with 2 bolts on each side have to be removed. Then you can gain access through the bottom of the lower frame portion...
Installed the Gen 2 Smittybilt today. I was slightly annoyed to find out the lower support brackets don't work with the Rubicons-only those with plastic skids. I called Smittybilt and they said, "there are not provisions for the Rubicons." They have asked me for a bunch of pictures. There needs...
Agreed. Rock Hard is one on my list so far. I'm looking to maintain a rock slider but to dual function as a step. I think the Rock Hard angled down would serve both those purposes for me.
So has most given up on ROAM then? I love the look of them but I find it crazy they are not catering to an upcoming section of the market with the Gladiators.
Also I have seen the Go Rhino DSS4576T Dominator DSS Rock Sliders mentioned once or twice. Are those not a viable option for many...
A number of companies do the same thing to established products. That's free enterprise in our country. I buy locally first and TRY to buy US made when I can but sometimes the price is just out of control versus the competition. My Bulletproof setup serves me extremely well and buying the metal...
Thanks for the replies everyone. I am going to stop by my local dealership today. They don't have a bodyshop so it will be interesting. I really appreciate all your input!
The problem with that is the way the paint looks now, literally like I had a red tip and went to work. The paint let loose then the spray of the washer just kept zipping the paint off before I could let the trigger go.
How do you think I should go about heading to the dealership to get it covered? I have a feeling the second I mention pressure washer the answer will be DENIED....
