  1. Receiver Skid Plate

Couple of questions. I plan to hit the road in a few days heading to Moab, round trip will be about 3000+. So, here is my question My truck is just stock 23 Mojave. I only plan to do the Rating #4 trails or easier should I spend the cash on a receiver skid plate. The cheapest Ive found is about...
  2. attempted thief broke my glovebox

I just installed a Console Vault. https://www.consolevault.com/products/jeep-gladiator-center-console-safe-2018-2026 I like it a lot. At first I thought about the wasted space, got over it quick. I carry, so when an establishment has a 30.05, 30.06 or 30.07, sign in full display I must comply...
  3. Oil Filter Cap Question

Just curious what was the Part# that you installed?
  4. Bolt-on Hood Deflectors not for Mojave Gladiator—WHY?

RMansfield, Just curious, why do you think they say it's not recommended for Mojave. Looks like it fits perfectly except for the very ends where it meets the radiused part. Still looks good. I hope it gives some protection if you purchased for that reason. Looking at the ends wonder if one...
  5. Do I have to take the rock rails off to put step bars on my Gladiator?

Cuteangel1007, hears my observation on why MORE created this type of step. Many hardcore offroaders don't want Bona fide side steps, they simply want a functional step they can use when not wheeling and the ability to completely remove in a few minutes. My wife is 4'8, sometimes it's tough...
  6. Do I have to take the rock rails off to put step bars on my Gladiator?

The M. O. R. E. hide a step is the minimalist approach. Plus it's just a cool design. Can be completely removed via a PIP, style hinge pin so the entire rock rail takes the impact. M. O. R. E. Is U.S. Made another bonus. Any of the steps are good just depends on your priorities and what you...
  7. Do I have to take the rock rails off to put step bars on my Gladiator?

MORE makes this step that can be removed and it springs up close when installed. No problem with OEM rock sliders
  8. Best Trickle Charger for Mojave/Gladiator with ESS and Dual battery system?

Ive been using my Noco Genius 10 for 8 months no problems other than one time got the indicator, battery was a problem. Disconnected, reconnected and it charged as it should. Normally its on my truck for about 5-7 days at a time before I disconnect to use the truck. Ive also, experienced an...

  10. GPS TROUBLE

"if I used anything on my phone with the 8.4 it was Waze" I like Waze it's good my son, and wife both use it. I find Jbv1, a better alternative has many features it's mainly a Valentine one companion app but, it does what Waze does and more as far as alerts are concerned. It's free, no...

  14. Random Blowing Horn

Maybe a third party horn, from a theft alarm. You sure the two horns in the front are going off?
  15. Random Blowing Horn

Agreed the aux battery could very well be powering that circuit also but, if the fuse for the horn is pulled how is the power getting to the horn. Strange. I think I'm going to pull that horn fuse tomorrow and then do the Ole get out of my vehicle while running close the door and see if the...
  16. Random Blowing Horn

Have you checked the wires and plunger style switch under the hood? The horn relay is in the fuse box also. Good places to start.
  17. Quick fix.

Who cares when I posted. My reason for posting was to highlight customer loyalty and how even with such a dire situation like not parts availability they still purchased another jeep. Never mention oil in my post. Never saw another post containing a link to the video.
  18. Quick fix.

I don't know. the youtube video is only 17 hours old and when I posted it was much less than that. I haven't been following all the oil post.
  19. Quick fix.

I'm sure they hit them hard. That cam was toast along with the lifters. If I was having this done I'd think about at least looking, at the other side. But the customer must truly love the wrangler platform. Nothing wrong with that. PHAD, I've been watching many of his videos over the years...
  20. Quick fix.
