I got 30 bags in my ranger so you should get at least 40 in the gladiator. You can always rent a $20 truck from home depot for 75mins and load a whole pallet.
You'll need a small lift for the 37's. You'll also want to refresh the computer with a super chip or tazr. This updates the computer with the tire size and your shift points won't be all out of whack. You'll still feel sluggish compared to stock until you regear.
Change your own oil bro. I've worked on hundreds of cars over the years and the Gladiator is the easiest [and cleanest]oil change of them all. You have high clearance so you don't need a jack and the oil filter is on top of the engine bay.

3.5" and 4" kickers are direct replacements in the sound bar and dash. No modification needed and they sound great..If you add a mini amp[about the size of an iPhone] they sound amazing but they sound much much louder than stock even with out the amp...
I used Penzoil as recommended by the factory. But next change I'll use Castrol to see how she likes it. I use Castrol in everything--great oil! I got turned on to it because it was the only oil available for the M3. 10w60
What did you use for the dash speaker?...I don't know what Quadratecs are. I replaced mine with Kickers and it's a night and day difference. The stock speakers are complete garbage no bass what so ever. Change the Under dash speakers. They will make the biggest difference. If you use the 6x9...
