thanks. It looks like I got a mismatch set. One is dated 09/2023 and the other is dated 04/2022. Oracle is sending out a replacement for the older taillight that kicked out the error message. Unfortunately, they’re back ordered a few weeks, but that’s the way it goes.
Terry, I'd welcome your assistance. I sent a note to the support team yesterday and told them I am having the turn light issue and it was installed on a JT with the LED package. They promptly replied and asked if I connected the resistors. I told them I didn't, since I have the LED package. They...
Terry, I received my tail lights and installed them today. After a few minutes, I get a Left Turn Signal Light Out error message. They’re working, though. I have the LED package and the resistors are not installed. I did a search, and it seems only halogen lights are getting this error, but I...
Hey Terry. Digging up an old post, since I am about to install the taillights I just ordered from you. In looking at the picture you provided above, you stuck the 3M foam tape on the bottom of the sensor mount. To me, it looks like this would actually angle the sensor upward and not downward...
Check your state’s lemon law statute of limitations. Make it easy on yourself and call an atty specializing in lemon laws. You don’t pay them, and it doesn’t come out of any settlement from a manufacturer. It’s paid by the manufacturer, so that’s the best plan. Really, your only hope is the days...
Not quite. Leasing for three years at a money factor from 2020 when rates were low means you are paying the depreciation monthly. In CA, you only pay sales tax on the payments and then the buyout, if you buy it.
Your comment may be true if you got a horrible money factor and didn’t negotiate the...
I believe the LED package is all the lights and not just the front. Double check that one. Take a look at the rear lights. There are two different lights used, and it’s easy to tell the difference.
Edit: here’s a photo:
So ballpark mounted and loaded Nitto Ridge Grapplers and KO2s are about the same height, give or take. With the KO2s coming in a lot lighter and about $80 less per tire, and equally good usage reviews, I think I’m replacing my Nittos with KO2 in a few weeks. I can knock 10lbs off the per wheel...
I know. I just thought it was interesting since these things are chunked to hell, and I’m trying to decide on diff tires while looking at weight and height.
I believe when they list the height, it’s using the max wheel width (11”?). If I’m running an 8.5” wheel, then it would actually measure smaller. Am I correct on that? That seems right.
Thanks a lot for the post. I'm definitely going with the EVOa Adventure. As for the locks, I understand they are about to release newer versions that are backwards compatible. They also have rubber covers available. Colorado is a destination, so I'll keep that in mind.
Your JT looks great. I...
Thanks for the reply. You're probably right. My guess is, someone ordered the ARE and rejected it, so the store is selling it at a discount to get it out of inventory. Too bad on the RSI ordering issues. I found a store that has them in stock and has a few of them, so any delays aren't going to...
Yea, I thought about it. The main reason is that I want protection from rain, snow, mud. Rebel’s offering doesn’t provide that. At least I thought it doesn’t.
