Thanks! it’s a 12k smittybilt x20 that I’ve had for about 8 years. LOD mount plate. I could’ve mounted the solenoid under the hood and kept everything “covered” but I’m impatient and didn’t want to wait for the material to arrive to extend cables and all that. I did have to use all the spacers...
I think you can just buckle your seatbelt? I'm not sure though, I don't hate my jeep enough to put it through the punishment of those drive through carwashes...
I’m about 80% done. What I’m stumped on is how you all got the fairlead bolts on and tightened up. The only way I can figure out how to do it is to mount the fairlead to the bumper before putting it on the the winch plate/jeep frame. There isn’t enough room to do it any other way…
What did you all do with that raised edge in the back of the LOD mount? Mines hitting the bottom of the grill keeping me from getting it into place
SCRATCH THAT IM AN IDIOT LOL
I had it in upside down
I live in Deep South Texas. 110 degree summer days. The only setting for me is max, LO, recirc, and either 3 or 4 on the fan speed. I'm not leaving my comfort to chance.
Auto seems like it is more suited to people in nicer climates. Texas weather is not nice.
I’ve got what looks like a leak coming from where that #3 hose connects to the intake. Is there an o-ring there that I could replace? Hard to tell from that parts diagram.
