Another angle on this. I’m an old guy taking blood thinners. A cut or gash can get out of hand real quick. Gauze, bandaids, ace bandage for compression a must.
Good day all. I have a garage full of Yakima rooftop towers, bars, other accessories collected over many years, many vehicles.
I’m going to move most of it along but I’m wondering if I can mount a set of crossbars on a Gladiator with the factory soft top? Very infrequent use, will gutter clips...
Similar story. GM has offered a buyout for all of their salaried workforce. All. The crazy woman running GM is all in on EV, others like Ford, have put them in their own money losing silo. GM is going down again, crazy ideas driven by Washington, not what the buyers want.
I live in the West, park your Jeep at a trailhead etc, secluded or quiet place. Theft of battery, whatever is a real possibility. Idaho is being overrun by West coast refugees, unfortunately their bad littering habits, crazy driving and whatever has followed them here. Not a political statement...
BTW, I purchased the “Bolt” keyed alike receiver lock and a padlock from Amazon, both were “Warehouse Deals”. Both were returns where someone stuck their key into the lock forever setting the lock to their key, there is no “redoing” that.
These are both very nice items, just buy a new one and...
OP here. I would compare this cap assembly to a difficult Lego set. I spread out the parts and pieces on a clean desk blotter and drew quadrants for the different lock components. Good light, good eye site and a little patience and this becomes an easy but tedious task.
Once upon a time I had a center console lockbox in a Tacoma. Thinking about the same for my soft top Glad. Anyone have a recommendation? Needs to be a combo lock, not messing with keyed boxes. Thanks!
Yesterday I ran my 2022 Glad with a soft top through a local, modern equipment car wash. No issues, the blowers blow most of the water off, go over to vacuum area where damp cloths you finish the drying, door jambs, etc. My Jeep is red, not a mark on it. Going to ditch the factory radio antenna...
I have used “303 Protecterant” for years. I recently bought a three jug set sold by Bestop. Their top treatment and 303 seem to be similar, if not the same stuff.
Any experts out there have any input here?
I just installed the “keyed alike” locking hood latch. Now onto the fuel cap. Mopar has such a cap, you need to manually put the lock gizmos together to match your ignition key.
OK, watched the UTube video, is it as easy as the guy from Quadratec says it is?
I appreciate your offer. Are all these the same or vehicle specific? I’ll take it if you think it will fit a Gladiator. If it doesn’t fit I’ll pass it on as you are to me. My zip is 83646, Meridian, Idaho. Send me a shipping charge and where to send a check. Thanks! Mike K
I have read where an owner can add an extension to seat track for long legged taller drivers. I have a question about seat belts, air bags and other safety features. Automakers go to great lengths to make sure all of this works as built, what do these seat extenders do that could change the...
When I bought my Gladiator my plan was another shifter after two manual Wranglers. Ended up driver an auto, bought an auto.
Living in Idaho we have big hills and mountains and gearing down to ascend or descend is an everyday event. The auto is a good choice, no regrets.
In 1999 I took my daughter to a Jeep rally in my first Jeep in Cadillac, MI. Stock tires in this picture loaded up and where gone when we returned home.
I have a dead stock 2022 Gladiator Overland. Stock Bridgestone Dueler is a SUV tire, loads up with rocks, not a happy owner.
I need more aggressive tire, not a serious Offroad tire but something that beats these.
OP here. You can move “Off Road” icon to the display bar where I have Nav, radio, etc. Very nice. Could not figure out how, if possible, to center driver display.
