If it is happening often, then you should probably re-align.
But, every vehicle I've ever had, including low small vehicles like a VW Golf, have occasionally been flashed incorrectly. I just flash back so they can see what real brights look like.
Stock JTR. You guys with 20+ blow me away, I don't know how you do it. I typically hover mid 18s.
I blamed that on living in the mountains until I visited my family in Oklahoma. I was averaging ~14 on i70 going east in to a headwind... Oof. To be fair, I don't hold back and let the 3.6 roar.
I bought this one (Fox PS) when I first got the Rubicon (unlifted, 33" MT) as I hated the way it drifted. But I also got the steering box free upgrade (TSB) and that fixed most of my issue. So, I never got around to putting this on and it is sitting in my basement.
Anyone have any experience...
I’ve had this happen a half dozen times a season. Might try the silicon trick. But in all my cases I’ve used the ice scraper to pry a wedge between the tonneau and tailgate. Always have it out in these conditions anyways to move snow and ice.
Well thank you for that! :)
Reading between the lines, I think the "official" opening only opens the front section above the drivers seat. The unofficial opening has you tuck the back section under the front flip. But - hopefully I'm wrong.
Have you seen what it looks like if you get max opening by doing what they want? Ie, rolling from the front to back? The only open photos I've seen are with the mid opening. Just want to make sure it doesn't stop at mid-point like a freedom panel.
The Q&A on this product page answers a lot of questions. Apparently you can flip forward from the back, but they do not want you to DRIVE it that way. Just for parking at the beach to take photos.

I know a lot of people buy the Wavian, and then replace the fuel spout with the non EPA compliant option (which is another ~$20 or so iirc).
Sounds like getting the GELG with their spout saves like $50 per can.
Are the Gelg can's not USA certified for highway use due to the spout? Ie, is theirs an older style spout but perfectly fine in other respects?
Or - is it just that they aren't sold in the right colors? (Red for gas, etc.)
Touchless are great, but in my experience won't get the vehicle totally clean. Especially the Jeep, there are too many little nooks and crannies. Having said that, I rely on one in our town to keep the crud off the jeep. Our town is aggressive about snow mitigation which is great, but puts a lot...
I've got the spray in liner so I'm not doing this, but I really like what these guys are up to:

Went to the dealer the other day and handed the tech this. He was a little confused, so I said "it's the same fob just a new case." When I picked the truck back up he complimented it and said he loved it. Quote: "The Jeep fob is like carrying a second phone!"
Poke - tires extend beyond fenders.
3 peak - 3 Peak Mountain Snowflake 3 Peak Mountain Snowflake Designation. An industry standard rating tires for the ability to accelerate in snow. Should also translate to better turning/braking in snow, but the rating is technically about acceleration...
Oh I like that idea. Will definitely keep in mind.
Edit: looks like that comes to 34.1". Wish there was one closer to 35". 265/85R17 would really be ideal.
There are also plenty of options for 12.5 Muds. It's just the 11.5 that is tricky.
I'm in the same boat as you, I'd like to stick with the 4" rule. But everyone who has ever put on 12.5" has been happy with it, as far as I can tell from the forums.
