So.. checked out my door harness, nothing out of ordinary. Is it possible the magnet or actual handle just stopped? My buddy has a jl and is having same issue just his passenger door compared to my driver door. Any thoughts?

Got 20kmi on my Mojave, and dealer has ordered new rear shocks. Had to drive the tech and service manager around so they could hear the noise. The tech greased up the control arms and end links and didn't remedy. I was told fox shocks have been ordered and I bring it in May 1st to have them swapped.
You can't sell vehicles that have quality issues that dealerships refuse to address or fix. I think they need to focus more on quality and workmanship. You can charge higher prices if the vehicle is worth it. Look at Toyota, Didn't see Toyota lowering prices...hmmm.
Update: was called by Jeep "Cares" apparently the dealer opted to not file a star claim. According to Jeep that is the dealers option because they don't get paid unless they find warranty work. So the dealer told Jeep nope tell the customer to come get his truck.
