@Volt0 the service manager and 3 technicians were able to hear it. They were able to reproduce the sound. They apparently don't know where or how to fix it. They basically heard it and said idk.

I had my buddy ride in back and front windows down and up, looked under seats...nothin...the sound can be heard inside, but is louder when windows down outside.

Must be how they do things, same story with me. I've had to physically go there to get any info.

It does happen at low speeds yes, throttle doesn't seem to have any effect on it though ..but that is definitely a thought and I'll ask the dealer to investigate that for sure!! Ty!!

The sound only happens while driving at lower speeds and hitting bumps. I thought maybe rear end gears making noise, or like a loose swaybar link or track bar, or worn wheel bearing...kinda sounds like those sounds. It doesn't make it when bouncing on the bumpers either, only while driving.

I gave the truck to them with no personal belongings in it. The sound is kind of rotational. Hear it at parking lot speeds going over bumps turning in either direction. I went thru the interior as well, not even a penny in there now. Ty for your input though!

Just went from plastic stock bumper to steel Mopar stubby. Had to trim bumper for stock Mojave skid plate to fit, have bottom 2 bolts firmly in, but top 2 bolts don't reach nor line up. So I left front 2 off.
