I am guessing that the dealer did not want to give the number to you...it was available on mine 2 days after the order was placed, I work at the dealership in as the IT Director which gives me unfair advantage and access to the information..

that is true it fills the bed but you can access the tie downs in the bed just have to lower the hook end to the loop...

It is thick cardboard but I would Plywood rating the truck out of the box by putting a thin sheet for structure on top of the box and thentie the load on top of that...
